Rev Up Your Metabolism and WIN PRIZES!
Your Swacfit Fitness Coaches suggested hiking in September as a fitness challenge. Being outside, dealing with uneven terrain and working the quads and hip muscles are sure to enhance your winter sports participation. For October, we suggest focusing on metabolism and being proactive combating the the Halloween and holiday sugar you are bound to experience. The following classes are high metabolism classes. You will burn calories in class and after class as your body works hard to replace muscle sugar, build muscle and get rid of metabolic waste. Attend at total of 12 (any combination) at no cost, and be entered into our drawing to win prizes!

Of course we can teach these classes better than anyone else because we have the new Matrix ICG7 bikes. If you haven't used them before, we have a FREE intro class on the first Saturday of every month, 8- 8:30AM with Trainer and Cycling Instructor Sandi Meyer.
Next Cycling 101 class will be on Saturday, October 7th at 8 AM.
