You will burn considerable calories during these intense workouts, which combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) modalities for maximum calorie burn, power development and more. Also, workouts will be modified in order to meet your individual levels & needs. Our Jungle Gym workouts have been very popular, with members experiencing great results.
Workouts will involve TRX® suspension training, cords, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, floor exercises and more. Not only will you burn max calories during class, these intense workouts will cause your body to consume energy long after you go home, giving you the ultra after-burn effect!
