Sports West’s Bootcamp is a comprehensive weight-loss
and fitness program.

• Bootcamp sessions are 6 weeks long. You must sign up for each session, and can only enter Bootcamp at the beginning of each session.

• Bootcamp available for Executive, Premier and VIP members only.*

Expert training, nutritional guidance, accountability and the cameraderie of fellow Boot Campers will all help to whip you into great shape and change your body for the better!

M-Th - 9 AM to 8 PM Fridays - 9 AM to 6 PM
Saturdays - 9 AM to 5 PM
