This is a profound yet simple system of moving meditation that will increase vitality, longevity, focused attention and internal peace, while achieving and maintaining optimal health. Tai Chi pratice will help create an inner peace, assist with the healing of illness, and deepens the inner guidance for emotional wellbeing. These exercises directly affect the energy system and creates physical, emotional and spiritual harmony.

What is Tai Chi Easy™? Tai Chi Easy™ is not a kind of Tai Chi, but rather a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial and fun --- right away. So, the learner doesn't have to wait to learn 108 traditional movements or even a traditional short (24, 36, 42 movement) form.
