Learn the basics of lap swimming, so that you too can get a great workout in the pool!
This once a month class will include: pool etiquette, lane sharing, choosing your lane, using a pace clock, breathing technique, necessary equipment, how to read a swim workout, dry land and in-water instruction, freestyle stroke development, introduction to the 4 competitive strokes (fly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.) Scott Young, Sports West's Master Swim Coach, will teach this class, open to all members who want to learn!
